Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate partner of Swiftstar Technology. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
Swiftstar Technology offers an Affiliate Program that allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to our website. Affiliates are given a unique referral link to share, and when customers click on this link and make a purchase, the affiliate earns a commission.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have an active website, blog, or social media presence related to technology, business, or similar niches.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in unethical or deceptive marketing practices.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
3. Affiliate Registration
To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process on our Affiliate Program page. After registration, we will provide you with a unique affiliate link that you can use to promote our products and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account login credentials.
4. Affiliate Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral link.
The commission rate is 10% for every successful sale.
Commissions are paid monthly on sales made during the previous calendar month.
Commissions are only earned when the referred customer completes a purchase and the transaction is validated (including payment processing).
Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from your account.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made via [Payment Methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe)].
A minimum payout threshold of$50 is required before we process your commission payment.
Affiliate payments will be processed within 7 days after the end of each month.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
6. Marketing and Promotion
As an affiliate, you are permitted to:
Share your affiliate link via your website, blog, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other online channels.
Use marketing materials, such as banners, ads, and product images, provided by Swiftstar Technology, or create your own marketing content that is in line with our brand guidelines.
You must not:
Engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Use paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to bid on terms that include “Swiftstar Technology” or any variations thereof unless authorized in writing by Swiftstar Technology.
Use your affiliate link to make a purchase for your own account or through self-referral.
7. Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Swiftstar Technology’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the products or services as part of the Affiliate Program. This license will automatically terminate upon the termination of your participation in the program.
You agree not to infringe upon or misuse the intellectual property of Swiftstar Technology in any way.
8. Tracking and Reporting
Our system tracks all sales made through your referral link, and you will be able to monitor your commissions in real-time via your affiliate dashboard.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our tracking, but we are not responsible for any tracking errors or discrepancies. If you believe there is an issue with your tracking, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction.
9. Termination of Affiliate Relationship
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. If you wish to terminate your participation in the program, you may do so by notifying us at [insert email address]. Any commissions earned before termination will be paid in accordance with our regular payment schedule.
Swiftstar Technology reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if there is any violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity is detected.
10. Limitation of Liability
Swiftstar Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our liability is limited to the total amount of commissions earned by you within the month the claim arises.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Swiftstar Technology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa.
